Optional to book 5.30-6.00 on the full day 0.5
hours charged at the hourly rate.
  • A £80 non-refundable registration fee will be charged on acceptance of place. All funded children that only take up the funded hours are exempt from the registration fee. If your child takes up only the EYFE sessions and, later attends extra sessions, you will be charged the registration fee.
  • Children attending term time are entitled to no more than 15 or 30 hours EYFE per week, for 38 weeks.
    Children attending all year can stretch this allowance to 11 or 22 hrs per week, for 51 weeks.
  • It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to choose how to use their funded pattern of delivery.
  • Extra hours/sessions outside of this allowance are chargeable.

  • Fees are due monthly, in advance. Any fees are calculated on the weekly usage and divided into either 11
    equal monthly payments for term-time children (no August payment) or 12 equal monthly payments for
    children that attend all year.
  • Late payment charge £50
  • Late collection fee £10, 15 mins and £1 per minute thereafter.
