Extra hours additional to Early Years Free Entitlement (EYFE) |
- A £80 non-refundable registration fee will be charged on acceptance of place. Funded 2-year-olds that only take up the funded hours are exempt from the registration fee. If your child takes up only the EYFE sessions and, later attends extra sessions, you will be charged the registration fee.
- Funded sessions do NOT include meals. All meals are chargeable at the following rates:
- Breakfast £2 - Lunch £4 - Tea £3
- Children attending term time are entitled to no more than 15 hours EYFE per week, for 38 weeks. Children attending all year can stretch this allowance to 11 hrs per week, for 51 weeks.
- Extra hours/sessions outside of this allowance are chargeable.
- It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to choose how to use their funded pattern of delivery.
- Nappies are NOT included in the funded sessions. Please pack your own. If you prefer the nursery can provide nappies at a supplementary charge of £1 per half day or £2 per full day or school day.
- Fees are due monthly, in advance. Any fees are calculated on the weekly usage and divided into either 11 equal monthly payments for term-time children (no August payment) or 12 equal monthly payments for children that attend all year.
- Late payment charge £50
- Late collection fee £10, 15 mins and £1 per minute thereafter.
